This program meets twice per week for 8 weeks to target your back and return its balance. Each session will focus on strengthening and lengthening the front and back sides of your body until we bring it all back on track!
Class size limited to 10. Taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.



Mini Boot Camp

Mini-camp meets are indoors twice or three times per week for 8 weeks to get your body ready for summer. Or your June wedding. Or the Peachtree. Or...well, you get the idea. No nonsense, good clean cardio-resistance exercise to strengthen and tone your whole body. Perfect to pair with our new How the Body Really Works program.

Tennis Conditioning
